ABOUT ICLIVING
ICLiving stands for Intentional Consciousness Living. It is a method for living life purposefully aware. It is not a belief system. It is not a rigid philosophy. It is a practice of learning how to relate to yourself and the world with clarity, compassion, and presence.
ICLiving is built on a simple understanding that is often forgotten. Everything begins within. Every thought, every word, and every action has an origin point inside of you. Most people move through life in a state of automatic flow, repeating inherited patterns, absorbing subconscious beliefs, and reacting before they even know why. ICLiving gives you a way to pause. It gives you a structure to understand what is happening within you so you can choose what to carry forward and what to release.
The method is divided into three parts. The first part is the self. This is where you learn to observe your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and physical sensations through the intelligence of the head, the heart, and the gut. The second part is beyond self. This includes everything outside of your own body and identity such as relationships, conversations, the natural world, and the environment you move through each day. The third part is back to self. This is where you integrate what you have learned and where you return to your awareness with more understanding than you had before.
ICLiving is a living method. It is not something you memorize. It is something you experience. It gives you a way to understand your moment to moment awareness without judgment. It allows you to recognize your behaviors, your patterns, and your projections without falling into criticism or shame. It helps you see how you influence the world around you and how the world influences you. It helps you take responsibility without self punishment and without needing to take on what does not belong to you.
The structure of the method is simple. You begin your day by checking in with yourself. You take a moment to sense how you are mentally, emotionally, and physically. You ask yourself what you are carrying, what you believe, and what you hope for the day ahead. You listen. At the end of the day you check in again. You notice what felt aligned. You notice what felt off. You reflect on your choices, your reactions, and your moments of clarity. You learn from them gently. You do not criticize. You observe.
ICLiving is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming aware. It is about returning to your awareness again and again in the most human way possible. It teaches you that you are both a physical being and an energetic being. It teaches you that your presence creates ripples whether you are conscious of them or not. It teaches you that when you understand yourself, you naturally understand others more deeply.
ICLiving is a method for living life with intention rather than habit. It invites you to pause, to sense, to understand, and then to embody the choices that feel true for you. It is gentle. It is honest. It is clear. And it remains flexible enough to meet you exactly where you are.
This is the method that reshaped how I live my own life. This is the method that I have seen help others return to their awareness with relief and clarity. It exists for one purpose. To help you see yourself more fully and to help you live more consciously in the world around you.
THE ICLIVING PHILOSOPHY
A Living Foundation for Awareness
ICLiving is a living guide. It is not a belief system, a rulebook, or a path that demands perfection. It is a way of moving through your life with intention, presence, and the courage to meet yourself with clarity and compassion. It begins within you, expands beyond you, and returns to your awareness changed.
At its core, ICLiving rests on one truth.
Awareness is where change begins.
Awareness helps you understand your thoughts before they shape your words.
Awareness helps you notice your emotional responses before they influence your actions.
Awareness helps you recognize the patterns that guide your choices, many of which were formed long before you knew you were learning them.
To live consciously is to live aware of yourself.
Not perfectly.
Not constantly.
But consistently enough to understand what you bring into the world and what you allow to shape you.
ICLiving moves through three living movements.
Self.
Beyond Self.
Back to Self.
You begin with the Self.
This is where you pause long enough to listen. You observe your thoughts, your beliefs, your emotions, and the sensations that move through your body. You learn to understand the influences that formed your habits, your reactions, and your interpretations. You begin to trust your three knowings. The head for logic. The heart for emotion. The gut for intuition. You sense the difference between the story you tell and the truth you feel.
From there, you move Beyond Self.
This is where awareness becomes relational. You begin to see how your inner experience shapes your outer presence. You recognize that your thoughts have tone, your words have weight, and your actions create ripples in the lives of others. You notice how you affect the world around you and how the world affects you. You learn that you are not separate from the systems, environments, or people you encounter. Everything is connected, whether you notice it or not.
And then you return Back to Self.
This is where integration lives. It is where the body processes what the mind has understood and the heart has felt. It is where awareness becomes embodiment. You begin to live from the inside out. You choose differently because you feel differently. You feel differently because you see differently. You see differently because you paused long enough to understand yourself more truthfully. You return to your awareness with more clarity than you had before.
ICLiving is not linear.
It is a rhythm.
A cycle.
A way of being.
You pause.
You sense.
You observe.
You clarify.
You align.
Over time these movements become a natural part of how you navigate your life.
What makes this philosophy unique is that it honors both the physical and the metaphysical. The seen and the unseen. The measurable and the felt. The scientific and the intuitive. It recognizes that you are a body of cells and a field of energy. You are structure and sensation. You are logic and insight. You are the bridge between mind and matter. You are the living point where awareness becomes choice.
This philosophy is an invitation.
To return to your awareness again and again.
To meet yourself with compassion.
To understand your impact.
To choose your life rather than fall into it.
To remember that you are not broken.
You are becoming.
ICLiving does not promise a life without challenge.
It offers a way to meet your life with clarity.
It offers a way to return to your awareness.
It offers a way to understand your agency, your truth, and your place within the larger field of existence.
This is the foundation.
This is the philosophy.
This is the beginning of living life purposefully aware.
